When will I receive my order?
After you have successfully placed your order, orders will be delivered between 2 to 4 weeks depending on the product type and category.
What are the shipping costs?
- Delivery within Cairo and Giza is charged at EGP 1,200 for the order.
- For deliveries to the Delta governorates and Alexandria, a flat fee of EGP 3,000.
- Orders shipped to Upper Egypt, Canal Cities, and Sinai are delivered at a flat rate of EGP 4,500.
